This timeline seeks to outline the key events across the Sunsets on Britannia world. I will try my best to keep dates accurate so the story makes sense. However, this is a fluid document so expect changes, additions and removals to the dates as new information appears or tweaks are required to form a better continuity in the story.

Sally Dowell is appointed as the first Commissioner. |

| 2093 | Villaverde Disaster | A USA satellite malfunctions and crashes into the Madrid district of Villaverde killing thousands of people – UK Space Instruments is blamed for the disaster. |
| 2108 | Griffin Technologies is founded. | Griffin Technologies is founded by Ken Griffin. The company starts operating from Griffin’s house, initially working on small contracts from other companies. |
